Love in Every Detail: An Incredible Italian Bridal Shower. That's Amore!

It’s all about love. Really. That’s Amore! The Party Helpers designed, planned, coordinated, and catered an incredible Italian love-themed bridal shower for bride-to-be Caitlin, her family, and many of her lifelong friends.
As you can imagine, it was a beautiful bridal shower. Twenty five guests attended the intimate event at a lush backyard in Los Gatos, California. Decorated with Amore-themed signs, fixtures, and florals, the That’s Amore shower was a blushing bride's dream.
A Warm Welcome
Guests were greeted with love-themed drinks: Aperol Spritz Cocktails, Limoncello Spritz Cocktails, and Peach Blini Cocktails. They were serenaded by an accordion player playing Italian love songs as they arrived. The music added a romantic atmosphere that continued throughout the afternoon.
The Menu: A Culinary Delight
Passed Hors D’oeuvres:
Balsamic fig with goat cheese on flatbread
Mini pizza with smoked chicken and pesto
Grilled prawns on polenta with sundried tomato aioli
When it was time for lunch, guests found a fresh preset salad waiting for them in a coupe glass. The salad included grilled peaches, strawberries, oranges, and an herbed goat cheese wheel.
Next came a leisurely visit to the impeccably arranged Buffet Lunch:
Chicken piccata
Caprese salad
Tortellini with pesto and sundried tomato cream sauce
Polenta cake with artichoke tapenade
Spaghetti squash salad
And of course, the meal wouldn't be complete without Italian-themed Dessert:
Caramel hazelnut gelato with butter cookies and jam
Lemon tarts
Cannoli

The gorgeous flowers were from Bloomsters. Classic quality rentals were provided by Danny Thomas Party Rentals.. Both are the best at what they do.
