Cancer CAREpoint just held its 10 year anniversary fundraiser and raised over a million dollars! The Party Helpers catered and donated to the annual garden party: Sheers, Cheers, and Chandeliers. And what a beautiful event it was.
The decor was elegant, and the food to die for. Here is a sampling of the menu:
Red Potatoes with creme fraiche and caviar
Sweet Potato Bites with avocado, and cherry tomato; garnished with micro greens
Mini Pizzas with prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil and margarita pizza
Artichoke Hearts with tender baby artichoke heart beignets,
panko-crusted with parmesan cheese and marinara sauce
Grilled Salmon with basil salsa verde
Filet of Beef Sliders with horseradish and dijon pepper corn sauce
Grilled Corn Salad with cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, scallions and lemon dressing
served in ''TO GO'' boxes
Grilled Asparagus, Farmers Market Salad, Black Rice Salad and so much more. We are getting hungry just thinking about it, aren't you?
