And what a grand opening it was! Guests were greeted with beautiful food stations throughout the new site. There was even a “grazing table” featuring charcuterie meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, and a Mediterranean platter with tapenade, hummus, feta cheese, and warm artichoke dip served with toasted pitas. Bok Choy vases filled with delicate baby’s breath added a visually stimulating element to complement the delicious food.

Seafood Extravaganza

One of the stations showcased fresh seafood, including prawns, smoked salmon lollipops, sushi, and ahi tuna served on elegant spoons. Another station offered beef and chicken skewers, stuffed mushrooms, and grilled vegetables.

For those preferring lighter fare, there were cucumber cups filled with Israeli couscous, polenta rounds, and grilled peaches on crostini.
